AI Empowers the Construction of Theoretical Models for National Security Intelligence Decision-Making
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose]Aiming at the lack of theoretical model of artificial intelligence empowering national security intelligence decision-making,a dynamic decision-making model of AI empowerment is constructed to promote the transformation of national security intelli-gence decision-making model to intelligence and accuracy.[Method]By using the methods of literature research,theoretical mapping and logical deduction,based on the theoretical mapping relationship between organizational decision-making theory and the AI-empow-ered national security intelligence decision-making model,the national security intelligence decision-making is analyzed with the logical framework of data-cognition-solution-action,and the theoretical model is constructed by deriving technical solutions according to the functions of each module.[Result/Conclusion]The AI-enabled national security intelligence decision-making model consists of four modules:intelligent perception of multi-source data elements,intelligent cognition of decision-oriented situations,intelligent decision-making in human-machine collaborative mode,and intelligent action in intelligence decision-making,achieving full-chain management from data element perception to intelligent action.In the future,efforts should be made to promote the update of data center architectures and system components,cultivate human-intelligence collaborative innovation networks,and strengthen security risk governance to a-chieve technological implementation,providing technical support for serving national security intelligence decision-making.关键词
