有砟轨道轨下垫板厚度自动化检测方法研究

Abstract
Tamping is a critical part of the maintenance and operation of ballasted tracks,and planning requires determining the thickness of the under-rail pads within the tamping section.Existing methods for measuring the thickness of under-rail pads suffer from low efficiency and poor objectivity.This paper proposes a measurement method based on 3D camera line laser technology to measure the thickness of railway under-rail pads.By equipping a track inspection trolley with a 3D camera,an inertial measurement unit,and a mileage positioning synchronization unit,the profile characteristics of the under-rail pads and surrounding track structure components can be reconstructed in real-time.The thickness of the under-rail pads is then calculated using an image-calibration-based coordinate mapping model.The results show that the standard deviation coefficient of repeated measurements remains stable within 2%;at a 95%confidence level,the deviation in repeated measurements is less than 0.25 mm.When comparing the experimental results with manual measurements in the field,the residuals of the measured under-rail pad thicknesses were all within±0.5 mm.This method effectively replaces existing detection techniques,improving both efficiency and accuracy.关键词
