基于改进NSGA-Ⅲ算法的区域水资源多目标优化配置

Abstract
In order to improve the computing efficiency and solving accuracy of the third generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅲ),the I-NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm was formed by improving reference points and optimizing screening strategies.Taking the southern water supply area of Jinzhong City as an example,a water resources optimal allocation model was constructed,and the improved algorithm and the TOPSIS solution model were applied to obtain the allocation plan.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the improved algorithm is better than that of NSGA-Ⅲ,and high-quality Pareto solution sets can be obtained;the water shortage is large under the planned annual water supply frequency of 75%,and the solution obtained by setting water-saving scenarios can significantly reduce local water consumption and ecological environment pressure.The I-NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm can provide reference for multi-objective optimal allocation of regional water resources.关键词
