Abstract

Aiming at the problems of a large amount of consumables,inconvenient installation and processing of the belt pulley of the water injection pump,finite element analysis and the method of reducing the structural size percentage are adopted to optimize the structure of the belt pulley of the water injection pump.Through the experimental verification and market verification of the simulated and optimized structure,the optimized scheme is effective.Using this method,the mass of the belt pulley is reduced by 30%compared with that of the original belt pulley,saving about more than 50000 yuan.Through the tests and batch applications,the reliability of the belt pulley has been verified.The research results show that for the method of proportional reduction and optimization of the belt pulley,the load-bearing capacity of the whole product and its components meets the design requirements,and the service life of the components and the overall service life conform to the design requirements;all technical indicators of the product meet the design and usage requirements,and the method of reducing the structural size percentage meets the requirements of engineering applications,which has guiding significance for the design of reducing the weight and increasing the efficiency of the belt pulley.
