Abstract

'Wenye No.5'coconut was used as the test material,and the same cultivation and management measures were adopted under two planting modes:the triangular planting mode(SJ)and the general planting mode(CK).The photosynthetic parameters and related indicators of'Wenye No.5'under the two planting modes were systematically measured and compared,aiming to explore the effects of the SJ planting mode on coconut fruit development and quality.The results revealed that'Wenye No.5'presented a relatively high photosynthetic rate in the development stage under the SJ planting mode,indicating that its photosynthesis rate during the developmental stage under the SJ planting mode was relatively high,indicating rela-tively efficient photosynthesis.A comprehensive evaluation via gray relational analysis revealed that the fruit development indicators(fruit length,fruit diameter,single fruit weight,and coconut water volume)performed better under this planting mode,and the soluble solids content was greater than that under the CK planting mode at multiple sampling times.During the experiment,the essential amino acids in coconut water under the SJ planting mode were abundant in both content and type.Their contents and types changed continuously at each stage,mainly including phenylalanine,valine,and leucine,and the total content tended to first increase,then decrease,and then increase again.The results indicated that the SJ planting mode can significantly promote the fruit development of'Wenye No.5'and effectively ensure its fruit quality,which provided a scien-tific basis for the optimization of coconut planting modes.
