Abstract
To study the effects of different factors on the cutting propagation of Jasminum craibianum Kerr,the optimal cut-ting seedling raising scheme is obtained,which provides a reference basis for the large-scale cutting propagation of Jasminum craibianum Kerr.This study adopted the orthogonal table L16(45)and set five factors,including the cutting medium,cutting position,hormone type,hormone concentration,and hormone treatment time,with four levels for each factor.Methods such as range analysis,variance analysis,multiple comparisons,and comprehensive evaluation via membership functions were em-ployed to study the effects of different factors on the rooting indicators and new shoot indicators of Jasminum craibianum Kerr cuttings.The results revealed that adventitious roots grew from both the bark and callus tissue of Jasminum craibianum Kerr cuttings;the cutting medium and cutting position were the main factors affecting the cutting propagation of Jasminum craibi-anum Kerr;the cutting medium had no significant effect on new shoot length but had an extremely substantial result on other seedling raising indicators;the cutting position had an extremely considerable influence on average root length and root di-ameter,and had an extremely significant effect on other seedling raising indicators;and the hormone type,concentration,and treatment time had different outcome on the rooting indicators and new shoot indicators of Jasminum craibianum Kerr cuttings.The main rooting method used for the cuttings of Jasminum craibianum Kerr was bark rooting.The optimal cutting combina-tion for increasing seedling yield was vermiculite+middle part of branches+200 mg·L-1 NAA+2 h treatment time,followed by peat soil+vermiculite+middle part of branches+1 000 mg·L-1 IAA+0.1 h treatment time.关键词
