摘要

Abstract

Cassava is a vital crop for grain,feed,and industrial raw materials in China's tropical regions.At present,edifica-tion is the main domestic development direction of the cassava industry;however,there is a lack of relevant research on dis-ease control technologies for cassava.To target cassava bacterial blight(CBB),the most serious quarantine disease currently affecting cassava,this study used ethylicin(which has good control effects)as a control agent to evaluate the ability of five new types of pesticides to control this disease.The results of the antibacterial effect evaluation revealed that fungicides(and their compound formulations)had better effects than other pesticides.Additionally,artificial inoculation tests confirmed that chlorindanil could increase the resistance of cassava leaves to CBB.A control experiment of the relevant pesticides was con-ducted in the plantation of"South China No.9"plantation,which is a leading variety of grain-feed cassava.The results showed that BiRui(5%kasugamycin·35%thiazole zinc SC)had a good control effect,which was comparable to that of the control(80%ethylicin EC).Thus,BiRui can be used as an alternative in actual production.
