Abstract
To address the challenges associated with flood control,power generation,ecology,and navigation in the utilization of medium and small flood resources during the flood season at the Feilaixia Water Control Project,this study first conducted an analysis of the characteristics of medium and small floods.Subsequently,a one-dimensional(1D)river flow routing model and a multi-objective optimal reservoir operation model were developed.Based on these models,optimal rules for pre-discharge operation and re-storage operation of medium and small floods at the Feilaixia Water Control Project were proposed.Furthermore,a comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate the operation benefits and flood control risks of medium and small floods during the flood season between the preliminary design scheme and the optimized operation scheme.The results indicate that compared with the preliminary design scheme,the optimized operation schemes for 10 typical flood events achieve a total increase of 3.966 million kW·h in the average flood-season power generation per flood event;the optimized pre-discharge operation scheme is fully consistent with the flood control operation rules,without modifying the project's flood control operation rules.In addition,the flood control risk of the reservoir itself and the flood control protection objects in the upper and lower reaches has not increased significantly.关键词
