基于多种水文学方法适应性评价的小流域河流分级生态流量计算研究
Research on Calculation of Graded Ecological Flow for Small River Basins Based on Adaptive Evaluation of Various Hydrological Methods

Abstract
Under the current severe water ecological crisis exacerbated by climate extremes,population growth,and economic development,in order to effectively meet the demands for different ecological environmental functions,the ecological flow property of the river should be consistent with the regional hydrological characteristics of the study area.In this paper,various hydrological methods such as the Tennant method,the improved flow duration curve(FDC)method,and the improved annual distribution method were selected to calculate the minimum,appropriate,and optimal ecological flow levels of the river.The Pearson correlation coefficient and deviation coefficient were used as evaluation indexes to assess the consistency between ecological flow and the natural hydrological rhythm of the river flow.Combined with the indicator of ecological flow satisfaction rate,the adaptability of the ecological flow of the river calculated by different hydrological methods was evaluated.A study of the ecological flow of the Sicha River in Yunnan Province was conducted as a case.The research results indicate that the Tennant method for the ecological flow does not take into account the dynamic variations in monthly runoff of the river,due to its oversimplified classification into wet and dry seasons throughout the year.As a result,the ecological flow exhibits the lowest correlation coefficient and the highest deviation coefficient compared to other methods' results.The ecological flow of the Sicha River calculated by the improved FDC method has a lower deviation coefficient with the natural hydrological rhythm,and the ecological flow satisfaction rate in dry years is higher and more stable,but its correlation coefficient is relatively small in normal and dry years compared with the other methods' results.The ecological flow of the river calculated by the improved annual distribution method achieves the highest correlation coefficient with the natural hydrological rhythm,and its deviation coefficient shows a decreasing trend from wet year to dry year,demonstrating the best fit to the natural flow process of the river.Considering various hydrological scenarios and the diverse adaptability results of the ecological flow of the Sicha River calculated by different hydrological methods,this paper recommends integrating the comprehensive research results derived from both the improved FDC method and the improved annual distribution method for determining the ecological flow of the Sicha River.The research achievement provides a scientific basis for coordinating water resources development and utilization and ecological health conservation in the Sicha River basin,and offers a valuable reference and practical guide for confirming the ecological flow and carrying out the rational ecological regulation of the rivers in other similar basins.关键词
