羊毛/锦纶双面织物一浴一步法同色性染色研究
Research on one-bath one-step same color dyeing of wool/nylon double sided fabric

Abstract
The effects of pH of dye solution,types and dosage of acid dyes on the one-bath one-step color consis-tency dyeing of wool/nylon double-sided fabrics are investigated,and acid dyes and dyeing processes suitable for one-bath one-step color consistency dyeing of wool/nylon double-sided fabrics is ultimately selected.At 40℃,add acid yellow WNS 0%-3%(omf),acid red WNS 0%-3%(omf),acid blue WNS 0%-3%(omf),wool brocade leveling agent 1%(omf),stabi-lizer B 2%(omf),dyeing bath ratio 15∶1,pH control to neutral conditions,heat up to 50℃and 70℃at a heating rate of 1℃/min for 10 min each,continue to heat up to 100℃at a heating rate of 1℃/min for 40 min,and then cool down to 70℃at a cooling rate of 2℃/min for soap washing.The dyeing results show that the acid dye WNS series three primary colors developed by Quanzhou Modern Dyestuff Chemical Co.Ltd.are particularly suitable for one-bath one-step dyeing of wool/nylon double-sided fabrics,which can achieve good dyeing consistency and fastness.This technology solves the prob-lems of poor dyeing consistency,unstable color,difficult color correction,and long dyeing process of wool/nylon double-sid-ed fabrics or blended fabrics.关键词
