Abstract
After cold-pad-batch treatment with enzymes reagents,silk greiges were degummed in VBM flat degum-ming machine.Its degummed effect was uniform and sufficient,furthermore,it's eco-friendly and highly efficient.The de-gummed silk greiges were without ash damage,weft uneven etc.The optimal process was as following:enzyme SP80 3 g/L,stack at room temperature for 24 h,then,silk greiges were washed in continuous-flat degumming machine.First,wash in the pre washing tank at 80-90℃for 10 s,then refine with scouring agent S35 4 g/L in the main tank at 80-90℃for 30 min,and finally rinse with flowing water for 3 min.Degumming rate of the greiges reached 25%-28%,the degumming was even,and their surface had no scratch.关键词
