Abstract
Aiming at the industry pain points of small molecular impurities(less than 300 Da)difficult to remove and low color fastness to heat and pressure after dyeing with polyester high-temperature disperse dyes,a two-dimensional fine control post-treatment system of molecular sieving and bonding energy barrier was constructed.At 90℃and alkaline condition,the dynamic swelling of polyester fiber was regulated to form 1.8-2.2 nm molecular sieve channel.Combined with alkali reduction to destroy the chromogenic group of impurities,the directional removal of low energy barrier impuri-ties(Eb<15 kJ/mol)and the locking of high energy barrier dyes(Eb>25 kJ/mol)were realized synchronously based on the bonding energy barrier equation.The results showed that after dyeing 75D/72F polyester plain cloth with high temperature disperse dyes,the color fastness to heat press reached grade 4.5(ΔE≤0.3),and the residual rate of impurities less than 300 Da was reduced to 0.8%.Compared with the traditional reduction cleaning process,the COD reduction of wastewater is 85%.This technology provides a new path for"precise purification"of dyeing post-treatment,and promotes the transfor-mation of textile dyeing to green and quantitative.关键词
