Abstract
A coated polyester airbag fabric was designed and developed by using 470 dtex polyester fabric as the base material and silicone rubber as the coating.The selected raw materials,fabric structure,and weaving equipment pa-rameters were systematically introduced,the processing procedures of pretreatment,heat setting,and coating were analyzed,and the key control points of each link were highlighted.The prepared fabric was tested in accordance with the core techni-cal requirements for coated polyester airbag materials.The results show that the developed coated polyester airbag fabric exhibits excellent mechanical properties and air tightness,with all performance indicators meeting the relevant technical standards.关键词
