Abstract
The causes of high warp break rate of warp and weft nylon fabrics in rapier loom production and the im-provement measures are mainly discussed.This factory mainly produces this kind of varieties in the rapier area,with a large investment,but during the production process,the speed is low and the of broken warp threads is high.When the speed is 400 r/min,the number of stops for ten thousand weft threads reaches 21 times/12 h,directly affecting the improve-ment of the speed,efficiency and output.In the actual production,according to the follow-up of the production situation of this kind of variety,starting from the essential characteristics of the yarn,the root cause of warp break is analyzed and studied,and the sizing process of this variety and the processing technology in the production process are analyzed,so as to optimize the sizing process and processing technology,fundamentally reduce the number of warp stops,improve the speed and improve the product quality.关键词
