Method for characterizing the color of textile washing liquors utilizing visible spectrophotometric techniques

Abstract
In the present phase of research,the evaluation of staining intensity in textile wash liquors predominant-ly utilizes the visual inspection approach,which is characterized by significant subjectivity,limited reproducibility,and an inability to quantify discrepancies.The characterization method of quantifying the color of washing solution was explored using spectrophotometric technology.The results show that the type of detergent,temperature,water quality,pH,and dilu-tion ratio all exert influence on the outcomes of wash liquor analysis.The characterization method for wash liquors based on the CIELAB color space,which is designed for uniform color perception,exhibits consistency with human visual assess-ments.Furthermore,the spectrophotometric technique for color detection in wash liquors is found to possess both stability and reproducibility,enhancing the rigor of the assessment process.关键词
