基于模糊PID的双孢蘑菇工厂空调系统设计与实现
Design and implementation of air-conditioning system for agaricus bisporus factory based on fuzzy PID

Abstract
In response to the strict requirements for environmental temperature control in the industrialized production of Agaricus bisporus,as well as the problem that traditional PID control has poor regulation performance in air-conditioning systems with large inertia and nonlinear characteristics,a greenhouse air-conditioning system based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm was designed and implemented.The system took a programmable logic controller(PLC)as its core,collected environmental parameters in real time through an integrated multi-source sensor network,and used a fuzzy reasoning mechanism to online self-tune the parameters of the PID controller,thereby effectively enhancing the system's adaptive capacity and control performance in dynamic environments.Experimental and actual operation data showed that compared with traditional PID control,this system had a faster response speed,smaller overshoot,and better steady-state accuracy,successfully stabilizing the temperature fluctuation in the mushroom house within the range of±1℃.This control system significantly improves the stability of the mushroom growth environment and provides a feasible technical path for improving quality,increasing efficiency,saving energy,and reducing consumption in industrialized production.关键词
