摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of complex structure,long design and development cycle,and high cost in bus body design,a simulation model of the electric bus body was established based on the finite element model method.The maximum displacement,stress distribution,modal frequency,and vibration mode of the bus body under bending and torsion working conditions were analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the stiffness,strength,and modal performance of the bus frame.The research results showed that:under bending and torsion working conditions,the maximum stress of the steel used in the body structure was 229.3 MPa,the maximum stress of the aluminum profile was 66.83 MPa,the maximum displacement was 12.45 mm,and the low-order modal frequency was higher than 4 Hz.The stiffness and strength of the bus body structure met the design requirements.The research results provide a basis for the subsequent lightweight and safety optimization design of the bus,and are of great significance for simplifying the design process,shortening the development cycle,and reducing costs.
