Abstract
To effectively address the cracking issue of commercial vehicle wheel housing tube beams under random vibration loads,a vibration fatigue analysis method based on response spectrum conversion was proposed.First,the time-domain acceleration excitation signals at the installation position were collected,and equivalent frequency-domain random vibration signals were constructed using shock response spectrum conversion technology.Subsequently,a finite element model of the wheel housing tube beam was established,and the converted power spectral density was input as a load according to random vibration theory to conduct random vibration fatigue analysis.The analysis results successfully reproduced the actual cracking failure mode of the tube beam,and the failure location was highly consistent with the actual situation.This method provides an effective solution and reference for vibration fatigue problems of frame hangers and other similar structures.关键词
