基于人机工程的BAJA赛车车架优化分析
Optimization and analysis of a BAJA racing car frame based on ergonomics

Abstract
To achieve the goal of lightweighting while enhancing the safety and reliability of the frame,based on the 2025 Rules οf the BAJA Cοmpetitiοn by the Sοciety οf Autοmοtive Engineers οf China and actual operational requirements,the structure and dimensions of the cockpit area were optimized specifically using the ergonomics module of the CATIA software platform,combined with the actual physical dimensions of the drivers.Additionally,a systematic verification was conducted on the optimized frame.The results of the finite element analysis showed that the optimized frame ensured the safety of the driver's operations while effectively improving riding comfort;its natural frequency was reasonably designed,effectively avoiding the range of common external excitation frequencies;the overall torsional stiffness of the frame had increased by 25.8%compared with the original design,further enhancing the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.关键词
