基于指纹图谱、化学计量学及网络药理学的小陷胸汤干预糖尿病前期的质量标志物分析
Analysis of quality markers of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in the intervention of prediabetes based on fingerprint,chemometrics and network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective To screen potential quality markers(Q-Markers)of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction(XXXD)for treating prediabetes based on fingerprint,chemometrics and network pharmacology analysis.Methods Firstly,the differential markers of XXXD were analyzed by fingerprint and chemometrics.On this basis,the Q-Marker associated with XXXD in the treatment of prediabetes were screened out by using network pharmacology technology.Finally,a UHPLC method was established to determine the content of the predicted landmark components.Results The fingerprint of 15 batches was established and 24 common peaks were detected,from which 9 differential markers were selected by cluster analysis and OPLS-DA and confirmed by reference substance chromatography.Utilizing network pharmacology analysis,5 core active ingredients,including vanillic acid,rutin,luteoloside,jatrorrhizine,berberine were screened out.They can act on seven core targets including ESR1,BCL2,TP53,STAT3,EQFR,TNF,MTCR and affect four core pathways including insulin resistance,AGE-RAGE,proteoglycans in cancer,lipid and atherosclerosis.It was preliminarily predicted that vanillic acid,rutin,luteoloside,jatrorrhizine,berberine were potential Q-Markers of XXXD for treating prediabetes,with the content of 1.25~19.10,0.50~4.31,0.21~3.59,1.17~18.39,25.95~312.99 μg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusion Combining the fingerprint,chemometrics,network pharmacology and content determination,this study predicted the Q-Markers of XXXD.The results can provide reference for improving the comprehensive quality evaluation of XXXD.关键词
