SHAPING THE FUTURE:EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND PARADIGM BUILDING IN FUTURE MOBILITY DESIGN AT LU XUN ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS

Abstract
The Future Mobility Design programme at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts is rooted in profound historical heritage.Since the introduction of the Transport Equipment Design course in 1980,it has progressed through formative,developmental,expansion,and transformative phases(2021 to present),evolving from Transport Equipment Design to Transport Vehicle Design and ultimately to Future Mobility Design,responding to industrial and contemporary demands.Guided by the educational philosophy of'artistic and technological symbiosis,traditional and modern integration,design and ethical advancement',the programme establishes a four-dimensional talent cultivation framework integrating'art-technology-practice-ideological education'alongside a pyramid-structured curriculum.It innovatively employs teaching models such as industry-education integration(dual-qualified instructors,sandwich teaching methodology),competition-driven learning,and multi-dimensional assessment.Leveraging its dual-qualified faculty and the National Industrial Design Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centre,the programme delivers authentic enterprise project practice.It has cultivated numerous industry-ready talents with a graduate employment rate exceeding 90%,producing several leading alumni in automotive enterprises.The programme has garnered multiple teaching accolades,including National First-Class Courses,establishing the'Shandong Academy of Fine Arts Paradigm'-a model blending regional distinctiveness with industry exemplarity.This framework supplies multi-disciplinary talents to China's automotive industry transformation.关键词
