Abstract
In the context of the increasingly intense competition in the current homestay market, this article focuses on the optimization of design strategies for rural homestays with regional characteristics.Taking the homestays in the Laoniuwan Scenic Area of Hohhot as a case study.Through interviews and surveys, analyze the existing design pain points and tourist needs, and use the KJ method to categorize and organize tourist requirements, identifying 19 core elements.Establish a KANO model to analyze the attributes of each requirement, and calculate the sensitivity of the requirements using the Better-Worse coefficient. Finally, three strategies for the optimization design of the Laoniwan rural homestay were proposed, namely, the reorganization of spatial structure, the integration of local culture, and the translation of modern comfort. The design scheme was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which verified the effectiveness of the scheme. It not only provides a concrete path for the upgrade of Laoniuwan Homestay, but also serves as a reference for the design of similar homestays.关键词
