针刺联合促醒刺激治疗脑出血术后昏迷的临床疗效及对脑电图的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hui Yang Xing Shen(Yang-resuscitating and mind-awakening)acupuncture combined with arousal-promoting stimulation in treating postoperative coma after cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on electroencephalogram(EEG).Method One hundred patients with postoperative coma after cerebral hemorrhage were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional intervention and basic nursing care.In addition,the control group received arousal-promoting stimulation,and the observation group received Hui Yang Xing Shen acupuncture plus arousal-promoting stimulation.The resuscitation state was observed in both groups.Before and after the intervention,changes in the mean blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery and basilar artery,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,coma recovery scale-revised(CRS-R)score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,and EEG grading were compared.Result Compared to the control group,the observation group took a shorter time to achieve resuscitation(P＜0.05)and produced a higher resuscitation rate(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the mean blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery and basilar artery increased in both groups(P＜0.05)and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the GCS and CRS-R scores increased,and the NIHSS score dropped in both groups,showing statistical significance(P＜0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the observation group surpassed the control group in terms of the EEG grading(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional intervention and basic nursing care,Hui Yang Xing Shen acupuncture plus arousal-promoting stimulation shows advantages in promoting resuscitation and shortening the duration of coma in patients with postoperative coma after cerebral hemorrhage;this method can improve cerebral blood circulation and brain electrical activity,and promote the recovery of neurological function.关键词
