原络配穴傍针刺法联合机器人手套镜像疗法治疗中风后上肢运动功能障碍的临床观察
Clinical observation of acupuncture with Yuan-source and Luo-connecting point combination and accompanied needling plus robotic glove mirror therapy for poststroke upper-limb motor dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with Yuan-source and Luo-connecting point combination and accompanied needling plus robotic glove mirror therapy in treating poststroke upper-limb motor dysfunction.Method Ninety-six patients with poststroke upper-limb motor dysfunction were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups received basic intervention and regular rehabilitation training.In addition,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and robotic glove mirror therapy,and the observation group received acupuncture with Yuan-source and Luo-connecting point combination and accompanied needling plus robotic glove mirror therapy.The two groups were observed before and after the treatment for changes in the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI)score,the amplitude and latency of motor evoked potentials(MEP),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores.Result After the treatment,both groups showed an increase in the simplified FMA and MBI scores(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the two groups showed an increased amplitude and reduced latency of the MEP,all of which presented statistical significance(P＜0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM symptom score decreased after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on the basic intervention and regular rehabilitation training,acupuncture with Yuan-source and Luo-connecting point combination and accompanied needling plus robotic glove mirror therapy can promote the restoration of motor function,activities of daily living,quality of life,and neurological function in patients with poststroke upper-limb motor dysfunction.关键词
