针刺联合反复促通疗法治疗中风后下肢痉挛性偏瘫的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with repetitive facilitation therapy for post-stroke spastic hemiplegia of the lower limb

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Three-Needle Technique for Foot Spasm"combined with repetitive facilitation therapy in patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia of the lower limb.Method Seventy patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia of the lower limb were randomly divided into an observation group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases,with 1 dropout).Both groups were given basic medications treatment.The control group received repetitive facilitation therapy alone,while the observation group received"Three-Needle Technique for Foot Spasm"therapy in addition to the same treatment.Changes in the Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower extremity(FMA-LE),Barthel index(BI),and clinical spasticity index(CSI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and overall clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result The cure rate was 25.7%in the observation group and 5.9%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 91.4%in the observation group and 73.5%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,FMA-LE,BI,and CSI scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvements in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of basic medications treatment,the combination of"Three-Needle Technique for Foot Spasm"and repetitive facilitation therapy can effectively reduce the degree of lower-limb spasticity,improve lower-limb motor function,and enhance activities of daily living in patients.Its therapeutic effect is superior to that of repetitive facilitation therapy alone.关键词
