针刺联合经皮穴位电刺激对胃镜检查时疼痛及安全性的影响
Effects of acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on pain and safety during gastroscopy

Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of acupuncture plus transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)on pain and safety during gastroscopy.Method Ninety patients undergoing gastroscopy were randomly allocated to a trial group and a control group,each consisting of 45 cases.The two groups took oral Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage 15 min before the gastroscopic examination.In addition,the trial group received acupuncture and TEAS from 30 min before the examination till the end,and the control group only received TEAS without electrical stimulation.The two groups were compared in terms of the visual analog scale(VAS)score by the end of the examination and 30 min after the examination,as well as the physiological indicator levels during the examination and gastroscopic findings.The adverse reactions were also recorded.Result The VAS score was lower in the trial group than in the control group immediately after gastroscopy and at 30 min post-examination(P＜0.05).The fluctuation values of heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the trial group were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the fluctuation value of blood oxygen saturation between the two groups(P＞0.05).The repeat insertion rate in gastroscopy was statistically equal between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the total duration was shorter in the trial group(P＜0.05).Neither group showed adverse reactions.Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and TEAS reduces pain and shortens the examination duration in gastroscopy,with a high safety profile.关键词
