隔姜药灸治疗缓解期溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察及对肠道菌群的影响
Efficacy observation of ginger-insulated moxibustion in treating remission-stage ulcerative colitis and its impact on gut microbiota

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginger-insulated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)in treating remission-stage ulcerative colitis(UC)and its impact on gut microbiota.Method Seventy-two patients with remission-stage UC were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with ginger-insulated moxibustion at Shenque in addition to the control group's intervention.Before and after the treatment,the two groups were observed for changes in the serum level of C-reactive protein(CRP)and gut microbiota counts.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(91.7%)than in the control group(72.2%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum CRP level decreased in both groups(P<0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups showed decreased counts of Escherichia coli and Enterococci(P<0.05)and increased counts of Bacteroides,Clostridia,Lactobacilli,and Bifidobacteria(P<0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on Western medicine,ginger-insulated moxibustion at Shenque is effective in treating remission-stage UC,which can reduce intestinal inflammatory responses and balance gut microbiota.关键词
