骶四针治疗不同亚型出口梗阻型便秘的疗效观察
Clinical observation on the efficacy of sacral four-needle acupuncture in treating different subtypes of outlet obstructive constipation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sacral four-needle acupuncture in treating different subtypes of outlet obstructive constipation(OOC).Method Ninety-eight patients with OOC were divided into a pelvic floor relaxation group(51 cases,6 dropouts)and a pelvic floor dyssynergia group(47 cases,3 dropouts).Both groups received treatment with the sacral four-needle technique.The chronic constipation severity score(CSS),patient assessment of constipation-quality of life(PAC-QOL)score,and anorectal electromyographic Glazer assessment values were compared before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy immediately after treatment and one month later was also evaluated and compared between groups.Result One month after treatment,the total effective rate in the pelvic floor relaxation group decreased(P＜0.05),while the total effective rate in the pelvic floor dyssynergia group was significantly higher than that of the pelvic floor relaxation group both immediately after treatment and at one-month follow-up(P＜0.05).After treatment,CSS and PAC-QOL scores decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the dyssynergia group compared to the relaxation group(P＜0.05).In the pelvic floor relaxation group,the maximum value during the fast contraction phase,the mean value during the tonic contraction phase,and the mean value during the endurance contraction phase all increased significantly(P＜0.05).In the pelvic floor dyssynergia group,the mean values during pre-and post-rest phases decreased,while the mean value during the tonic contraction phase increased significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion The sacral four-needle technique demonstrates significant efficacy in treating outlet obstructive constipation,effectively relieving clinical symptoms and improving patients'quality of life.However,its long-term efficacy in the pelvic floor relaxation subtype is relatively poor,while both short-and long-term outcomes are better in the pelvic floor dyssynergia subtype.关键词
