振针助力针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察及对血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响
Clinical observation of the efficacy of vibrational-assisted needling therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and its effects on serum TNF-α and IL-6 Levels

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vibrational-assisted needling therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)based on the theory of"Qi reaching the diseased site,"and to explore its effects on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Method Seventy-two patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern CSR were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupuncture,while the observation group received vibrational-assisted needling therapy.The neck disability index(NDI)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores were compared before and after treatment.Serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels,and cervical skin temperature differences were measured,and clinical efficacy was evaluated between the two groups.Result After treatment,both groups showed significant decreases in NDI and VAS scores compared with pre-treatment(P＜0.05),with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Cervical skin temperature differences decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group had smaller temperature differences than the control group(P＜0.05).Serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),with lower levels in the observation group compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.2%,significantly higher than 83.3%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vibrational-assisted needling therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CSR,enhance their quality of life,and is more effective than conventional acupuncture.关键词
