摘要

Abstract

Resveratrol(RES)is a kind of polyphenolic flavonoid,which has many biological functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and immunity enhancement.It can improve the antioxidant capacity and immune capacity of animals,relieve heat stress,optimize meat quality to a certain extent,and have no nega-tive effect on growth performance,and can be used as a high-quality feed additive.Due to the increasing demand for resveratrol,the researchers used endophytic fungi and constructed recombinant engineered bac-teria to heterogeneically express resveratrol for large-scale production.The article reviews the biological activity and mechanism of action of resveratrol,the research progress of microbial synthesis of resveratrol,and the application of resveratrol in animal production,aiming to provide reference for further promoting the industrial.production of resveratrol and its application in animal production.
