Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the sleep quality and influencing factors of mechanically ventilated patients in the cardiac care unit(CCU),thus providing a basis for developing targeted intervention measures.Methods:Clinical data of 85 mechanically ventilated patients admitted to the CCU of the First General Hospital of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province from August 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively collected.Data associated with sleep quality and information about potential influen-cing factors were extracted.Independent risk factors for sleep disorders were screened using univariate and multivariate logistic re-gression models.Results:Among 85 patients,the incidence of sleep disorders was 40％(34/85).Univariate analysis showed that length of stay in CCU,mechanical ventilation time,7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)scores,24-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD-24)scores,and CCU noise were significantly associated with sleep disorders(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CCU noise ≥ 35 dB(OR=80.157),HAMD-24 score≥8 points(OR=27.315),length of stay in CCU≥3 days(OR=23.365),GAD-7 score ≥5 points(OR=35.417),and mechanical ventilation time ≥48 hours(OR=26.317)were independent risk factors for sleep disorders in mechanically ventilated patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of sleep disorders in mechanically ventilated patients in CCU is relatively high,which can be influ-enced by multiple factors.Clinical interventions should be targeted at the above risk factors to improve patients'sleep quality.关键词
