摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate whether adding nicorandil to dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)improves perioperative sleep quality, cardiac function, and clinical outcomes in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing percutaneous coro-nary intervention(PCI).Methods:In this retrospective cohort study,76 patients with AMI who underwent PCI at Department of Cardiology,Huian County Hospital,Affiliated(but not directly subordinated)to Quanzhou Medical College between January 2022 and December 2024 were included.Based on in-hospital treatment, patients were categorized into two groups, with 38 patients in each group:a control group receiving DAPT(aspirin plus ticagrelor)and an observation group receiving nicorandil in addition to DAPT.The clinical efficacy, cardiac function, and sleep quality between the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated superior overall clinical effectiveness, greater improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),significantly lower left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic di-ameter(LVEDD),longer total sleep time, shorter sleep latency and rapid eye movement sleep time, and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores(all P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with AMI undergoing PCI,adding nicorandil to standard DAPT is associated with improved clinical effectiveness, better cardiac function, and alleviation of perioperative sleep disturb-ances.关键词
