摘要

Abstract

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of liquid fermented feed on the growth performance,intestinal microflora,and metabolite composition of growing pigs.Ninety-six healthy'Landrace × Yorkshire'crossbred growing pigs with an initial body weight of approximately 39 kg were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and eight pigs per replicate.Group A was fed with dry basic feed,Group B was fed with liquid basic feed,Group C was fed with liquid fermented basic feed,and Group D was fed with liquid fermented basic feed+0.005%compound enzyme preparation.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with Group A,the feed-to-gain ratio in Group D was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The Simpson index of intestinal microbiota in Group C was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The relative abundances of Terrisporobacter,Blautia and Infrequentimicrobium in Group C and Group D were significantly increased,while the relative abundance of Lactobacillus was significantly decreased.Metabolomic analysis revealed that compared with Group A,metabolites such as N-acetyl-L-glutamate-5-semialdehyde,N-acetyl-D-glucosamine,and tetrahydrobiopterin were significantly upregulated in Group D(P<0.05),while N-ω-acetylhistamine and pantothenic acid were significantly downregulated(P<0.05).The differential metabolites were primarily enriched in metabolic pathways closely related to immunity and the intestinal mucosal barrier,such as arginine biosynthesis,nucleoside metabolism,and histamine metabolism.The study indicates that liquid fermented feed can effectively reduce the feed-to-gain ratio,improve growth performance,regulate the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in the intestines,improve intestinal health of growing pigs.
