早期非小细胞肺癌经PD-1抑制剂与立体定向体部放疗联合治疗的疗效观察研究
Observational study on the therapeutic effect of PD-1 inhibitor combined with SABR in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To examine the effectiveness of combining PD-1 inhibitor therapy with stereotactic abla-tive body radiotherapy(SABR)in treating patients diagnosed with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Between June 2021 and June 2024,a total of 154 NSCLC patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study and randomized into two groups using a random number table:the observation group and the control group,with 77 patients in each.The control group underwent SABR treatment alone,whereas the observation group received a combination therapy of PD-1 inhibitor and SABR.Comparisons were made between the two groups regard-ing clinical efficacy,levels of tumor markers,immune status,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The observation group exhibited notably higher overall response rate(ORR)at 45.45％and disease control rate(DCR)at 84.42％,compared to 19.48％and 54.55％respectively in the control group(all P＜0.05).Post-treatment,the observation group showed significantly reduced levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,and VEGF compared to the control group(all P＜0.05).Additionally,the observation group had significantly elevated levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and NK cells,along with a lower CD8+cell count(all P＜0.05).The observation group also reported a significantly higher quality of life improvement rate at 80.52％,compared to 46.75％in the control group(P＜0.05).Furthermore,the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group at 10.39％,compared to 22.08％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PD-1 inhibitors and SABR can significantly improve the treatment efficacy of early NSCLC patients.关键词
