基于中医古籍文献挖掘的头痛证治研究
A Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Headache Based on the Mining of Ancient Chinese Medicine Literature

Abstract
Based on the excavation of ancient Chinese medicine literature,this paper systematically reviews the theory of"cause mechanism syndrome treatment"for headaches.The understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of headache in ancient Chinese medicine books is mainly based on the combination of internal and external pathogens,which can be caused by the contact of wind pathogens and internal movement of liver wind,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,and qi deficiency and stagnation.External evidence,internal evidence,deficiency evidence,empirical evidence,should be clearly distinguished first.The differentiation of symptoms and signs of headache should also distinguish the duration,severity,concurrent symptoms,onset form,location,nature of pain,causes,prognosis,outcome,etc.,in order to comprehensively judge and seek its foundation.The most comprehensive approach is to balance internal and external treatment,use wind medicine reasonably,and properly regulate oneself.Returning to the classics,tracing back to the origin,the traditional Chinese medicine theory of headache diagnosis and treatment has rich connotations and a comprehensive system,which can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment applications.关键词
