摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture treatment targeting post-stroke movement and balance disorder essentially includes two levels of regulation on Micro and Macro basis.Macro-regulation is generally concentrated on the areas of cerebral cortex,cerebellum,limbic system,spinal cord and neural networks,while Micro-regulation focuses on the neurotrophic factors,inflammatory factors,synaptic plasticity and intracellular proteins.Despite the research being moved forward throughout the time,controversies still exist among the discussion of this topic,therefore further breakthrough will be depended on the clinical trials to be conducted.关键词
