基于华佗养生思想的中医"智慧康养模式"在脑卒中患者康复期的应用研究
Application of the"Smart Health Care Model"Based on Hua Tuo's Health Preservation Thought in the Rehabilitation Period of Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the"smart health care mode"based on Hua Tuo's health preservation ideas in the rehabilitation period of stroke patients.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,78 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Anhui Province as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional rehabilitation nursing mode,while the experimental group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine"smart health care mode"developed in this study on the basis of the control group.The daily living activities and quality of life of the two groups at the 4th,8th,and 12th weeks after intervention were evaluated.Results The Barthel index and quality of life score of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group at all time points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on Hua Tuo's health preservation philosophy,the traditional Chinese medicine concept of"smart health care mode"can improve the quality of life and daily living activities of stroke patients,providing certain reference value for the development of stroke rehabilitation nursing.关键词
