Role of Gut Microbiota in Acupuncture Treatment of Post-stroke Depression Based on Spleen Governing Ascending Clear
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a common complication of stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life and rehabili-tation process of patients.It belongs to the category of depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.Deficiency of spleen qi and weakness of ascending and descending are the key pathogenesis of this disease.The spleen in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is related to the intestinal flora of modern medicine in terms of meridian connection,physiological function and pathological manifesta-tions.A large number of studies have shown that intestinal flora is closely related to the pathogenesis and treatment of PSD,and intesti-nal flora can be regarded as a target for acupuncture treatment of PSD.Based on this,acupuncture treatment is based on the principle of regulating the spleen,and regulates the structure of intestinal flora by restoring the spleen and ascending the clear,so as to improve the symptoms of depression and provide a new perspective for the treatment of PSD.关键词
