揿针联合疏肝调神针法治疗卒中后抑郁疗效观察
Observation of the Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Liver Soothing and Mind-Regulating Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Depression

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with liver soothing and regulating acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke depressio were recruited and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method.The patients in both groups were treated with drugs for the primary disease,on this basis,the control group was given oral administration of haloperidol and melitripxin tablets,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and liver soothing and mental acupuncture,among which acupuncture was used to treat Neiguan,Shenmen,Xinyu,Liver,Spleen and Kidney.The acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the mind is used to treat acupoints from Baihui,Yintang,Hegu,Taichong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Zhongguan,Qihai and Guanyuan.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and homocysteine(HCY)levels were observed between the two groups,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD-17 score and NIHSS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the MBI score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The serum BDNF level was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the HCY level was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with liver soothing and neurotherapy acupuncture has a good effect on patients with PSD,which can regulate the levels of serum BDNF and HCY,improve the depressive symptoms and neurological deficits of patients,and improve the living ability of patients.关键词
