新安医学医案中顺势思维价值意蕴探析
Analysis on the Value Meaning of Homeopathic Thinking in Xin'an Medical Case
摘要
Abstract
Homeopathic thinking is an important part of traditional Chinese philosophy and an indispensable way of thinking in TCM clinical diagnosis,treatment and preventive health care.TCM medical case is the concentrated embodiment and concrete expression of TCM thinking process.Xin'an Medical case provides a beneficial paradigm of close combination of TCM thinking method and clinical practice.Xin An doctors clinical diagnosis and treatment pay attention to comply with the natural changes in the law of the day,the rise and fall of the human qi,the innate endowments and acquired influences of the individual physique,the adjustment and change of psychological emotions,the pain,desire,love and hate of the viscera and other trends,and strive to achieve the coordination and unity of human health and the natural environment.This paper analyzes the homeopathic thinking in Xin'an medical records from five aspects:conforming to the natural trend,conforming to the qi mechanism of human body,conforming to the bias of physical constitution,conforming to the psychological sentiment,conforming to the bitter desire,liking and disliking of zang fu organs,with a view to contributing to the interpretation of Xin'an medical records,the application of clinical thinking and the study of principles,laws,prescriptions and medicines.At the same time,it emphasizes the significance of TCM's unique thinking mode to guide clinical practice.关键词
