The Strategy of"Treating No Disease"of Ulcerative Colitis Considered,Based on the Experience of Three Xin'An Doctors in Treating Dysentery

Abstract
Summarize the experience of treating dysentery of Xin'an doctors,and think about the strategy of UC"treating no disease".Sun Yikui's experience of dysentery differentiation,autumn qi behavior dysentery,the pathogenesis has the points of deficiency and cold heat,clinical syndrome first review stomach qi deficiency and solid,active use of the seven methods of tonifying,shibing,dryness,lifting,eliminating,warming,Li,and the next.The treatment experience of leaf Tianshi dysentery is that the evil is in the qi points,bitter Xingan temperature regulating qi Yiqi,drewing through three jiao,disease into the blood points,sour bitter salty soft blood nourishing blood,supplementing Yuan Ning collaterality.Wu Cheng's experience in the treatment of dysentery is that the long diarrhea,body wasting can be treated from the external damage caused by deficiency,"dissupporting"and"regulating spleen Yin"is the method of treating the damage.Based on the above experience in treating dysentery,the strategies of UC"treating no disease"are summarized as follows:adjusting to the situation,strengthening the cost and preventing the disease first;Dredging through three jiao,supplementing yuan Ning collaterals to have disease prevention compound;Prevention,intervention of external damage to both disease prevention and change of three aspects.Based on Wu Cheng's spleen Yin thought,Xu Jingshi,a Chinese medical master,proposed"harmonizing the middle state and fuelling the source".Based on the experience of Sun Yikui and Ye Tianshi in treating dysentery,Wang Jianmin,a famous TCM in Anhui Province,created"Changyu Enema prescription"and"invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi prescription",which were widely used in the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.关键词
