工作沉浸能激发新能源车企员工驱动型数字创新吗?
Can Flow Stimulate Employee-driven Digital Innovation in New Energy Vehicle Industry:Based on the Mediating Effects of Informal Learning and Improvisational Capacity

Abstract
Amid the continuous evolution of the digital era,the locus of innovation within enterprises has gradually shifted from tradi-tional top management to ordinary employees,and employee-driven digital innovation has emerged as a novel research field.To explore the mechanism by which employee flow influences employee-driven digital innovation,this study constructs a chain mediation model-grounded in the Broaden-and-Build Theory of positive emotions-whereby employee flow impacts employee-driven digital innovation in new energy vehicle companies through the serial mediation of informal learning and improvisation.A total of 230 valid questionnaires were collected from employees of new energy vehicle companies in China.The serial mediation model was rigorously tested using regres-sion analysis combined with the Bootstrap method.The results show that employee flow has a positive impact on employee-driven digital innovation;informal learning and improvisation each play a partial mediating role in the positive effect of employee flow on employee-driven digital innovation;and informal learning and improvisation exert a serial mediating role in the positive impact of employee flow on employee-driven digital innovation.关键词
