Analysis on the Construction of the"Dual-role"Team for Faculty Party Branch Secretaries in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Based on an explanation of the significance of strengthening the"dual-role"faculty Party branch secretary team,this study provides an in-depth analysis of the current status in their development within universities.The paper further summarizes several targeted strategies,including adhering to the Party's principle of managing talent,and improving the selection and appointment mechanisms for"dual-role"secretaries;strengthening ideological and political guidance to enhance their political literacy;strengthening the ideological and political guidance to improve the political literacy and professional ethics of"dual-role"leaders;enhancing professional competence to elevate their organizational and academic leadership capacity;and establishing sound incentive and support mechanisms to fully stimulate the initiative,motivation,and engagement of faculty Party branch secretaries serving in"dual-role"positions.关键词
