Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of New Quality Productivity and Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

Abstract
This study employs balanced panel data from 31 provinces in China over the period 2010-2021 to examine the coupling and coordination relationship between new quality productive forces and comprehensive rural revitalization.The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination degree model are applied to conduct a systematic empirical analysis.The results indicate that there are pronounced regional disparities in the coupling coordination degree between new quality productive forces and comprehensive rural revitalization.Eastern coastal provinces significantly outperform western inland provinces,exhibiting a clear spatial pattern of gradual decline from east to west.With synchronized economic growth,the overall coupling coordination degree shows an upward trend;however,high-quality coordination remains insufficient.This suggests the need to strengthen the cultivation of the core elements of new quality productive forces and to promote more balanced regional development.Based on these findings,the study proposes policy recommendations including upgrading rural infrastructure,deepening institutional reform in rural areas,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,constructing modern agricultural industrial chains,cultivating skilled agricultural professionals,and fostering new types of agricultural business entities.关键词
