Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation
摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation are common diseases of the cardiovascular system,with a high coexis-tence rate and complex interaction between them.Recent studies have shown that chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation can form a vicious cycle in the progression of the disease,significantly increasing the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.At present,the research on the treatment of heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation with traditional Chinese and western medi-cine is still continuing to deepen.Therefore,this review summarizes the research progress on the risk factors,interaction mecha-nism,western medicine treatment,as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome distribution and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation by sorting out the relevant lit-erature on the two diseases in recent years.It is expected to give full play to the synergistic advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine,provide a theoretical basis for the construction of an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine diagno-sis and treatment plan for chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation,reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular e-vents,bring better clinical benefits to patients,and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.关键词
