冠心病与中医体质相关性的研究进展
Research Progress on the Correlation between Coronary Heart Disease and Chinese Medicine Physique

Abstract
Recent studies on the correlation between coronary heart disease(CHD)and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitutions have primarily focused on the following aspects:In terms of constitution distribution,qi deficiency constitu-tion,phlegm-dampness constitution,and blood stasis constitution are the most common among CHD patients.This provides epi-demiological evidence for early identification of high-risk populations from the perspective of TCM constitutions.Regarding risk factors,specific constitutions are closely associated with certain risk factors for CHD.For example,phlegm-dampness constitution is often linked to lipid metabolism disorders and obesity,while yin deficiency constitution is associated with hyperglycemia.This indicates that constitutions serve as the intrinsic basis and concentrated manifestation of these risk factors.In terms of the severity of coronary artery lesions,biased constitutions such as blood stasis and phlegm-dampness often indicate more severe coronary ar-tery disease,characterized by a greater number of affected vessels and more severe stenosis.This suggests that TCM constitution types could potentially serve as objective indicators for assessing the severity and prognosis of CHD.In the area of disease preven-tion,personalized intervention plans based on constitution identification-including Chinese herbal medicine,dietary therapy,and exercise-have shown significant advantages in both primary and secondary prevention of CHD,reflecting the TCM philosophy of"preventing disease before it occurs and preventing its progression after onset."However,current research still faces limitations such as small sample sizes,insufficient studies on complex constitutions,a focus on single factors rather than a holistic perspec-tive,and limited clinical application.Further in-depth research is needed in the future.关键词
