基于脏腑合治理论治疗肺癌术后便秘的疗效探微
A Preliminary Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Treating Postoperative Constipation after Lung Cancer Surgery Based on the Theory of Zang-Fu Organs' Combined Regulation

Abstract
Postoperative constipation after lung cancer surgery has become increasingly common with the widespread applica-tion of the surgery.Western medical treatments for this complication often have many side effects,which can lead to the depletion of the patient's vital energy after surgery and hinder recovery.The theory of combined treatment of zang-fu organs is a common guiding theory in traditional Chinese medicine,including the theory of combined treatment of the lung and the large intestine.This not only explains the fundamental cause of the frequent occurrence of constipation symptoms in patients after lung cancer sur-gery but also has significant implications for guiding clinical treatment.This article starts from clinical treatment,based on the holistic theory,and uses traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the function of the intestines and other organs.It shares suc-cessful cases of syndrome differentiation and treatment,syndrome differentiation and medication,and internal and external treat-ment from the perspective of the"combined treatment of zang-fu organs"theory to alleviate constipation,with the aim of com-pensating for the deficiencies of Western medicine in related treatments and providing more treatment ideas for the clinical treat-ment of postoperative constipation after lung cancer surgery.关键词
