膝骨关节炎的中西医研究进展
Research Progress of Knee Osteoarthritis in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis(KO A)is a common degenerative disease among middle-aged and elderly people.Its preva-lence increases with the age of patients,usually onsetting after the age of 40.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients and adds to the burden on families and society.This article reviews the domestic and foreign research on KO A in traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years and summarizes it,aiming to provide the latest ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of KOA.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies KOA into the category of"Bi-syndrome",etc.Its etiology and pathogenesis in-volve wind-cold-dampness evil,senility,and physical debility.Western medicine believes that the onset of KOA is related to multiple factors,among which biomechanical imbalance,metabolic disorders,abnormal molecular regulation,and genetic epigenet-ic modification play a key role in the pathogenesis of KOA.In terms of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine uses methods such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,tuina,moxibustion,etc.,and has a definite effect through syndrome-differentia-tion and treatment.Western medicine has diverse treatment methods.There are continuous new explorations in drug treatment,but it also faces challenges.In intra-articular drug injection,cell therapy and new delivery systems have good prospects but also have deficiencies.Surgical therapies are continuously optimized,and surgical decision-making aids and postoperative rehabili-tation strategies are constantly being innovated.In physical rehabilitation therapies,thermotherapy,ultrasound therapy,electrical stimulation therapy,and digital applications provide new ways for treatment,but they still need to be improved.Both traditional Chinese and western medicine treatments have their own advantages.The best treatment plan should be selected according to the individual situation of patients.In the future,more effective treatment methods still need to be explored.关键词
