基于肝脾相关性治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床应用探讨
Clinical Application Discussion of Liver-Spleen Related Therapy for Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Abstract
Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a common functional disease of the digestive sys-tem and the main subtype of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Clinically,it is characterized by abdominal pain,diarrhea,and in-creased frequency of defecation,with a prolonged and recurrent course.By analyzing the liver-spleen correlation,the interac-tion between the liver and spleen in their occurrence and development is discussed,highlighting their close correlation and point-ing out that the key to the pathogenesis lies in the disharmony of the liver and spleen.At the same time,taking this pathogenesis as a breakthrough,the relevant literature in recent years is sorted out and analyzed,summarizing that the treatment should be guided by"regulating the liver and alleviating depression to eliminate dampness"and"invigorating the spleen and benefiting the Qi to transform dampness"Attention should be paid to both symptoms and root causes,and the drugs for soothing the liver,in-vigorating the spleen,benefiting the Qi,and removing dampness should be used according to the characteristics of the pathogene-sis with both deficiency and excess.The significant efficacy,high safety,and low dependence of traditional Chinese medicine should be fully utilized to open up new ideas for clinical treatment.关键词
