基于数据挖掘的痰瘀互结心脑合病用药规律研究
Exploration of the Medication Regularities of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cardio-cerebrovascular Diseases of the Phlegm-Stasis Intermingled Pattern Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of cardio-cer-ebral combined diseases of phlegm-stasis intermingled type based on data mining.Methods Retrieve the clinical literatures from Chinese and English databases that focus on the treatment of cardio-cerebral combined diseases of the phlegm-stasis intermin-gled pattern with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Enter components of TCM in the prescriptions,along with their proper-ties,flavors,meridian tropisms,and functions,etc.,and conduct frequency statistics.Adopt the association rule analysis meth-od and systematic clustering analysis method to explore the rules of TCM compatibility in medication.Results A total of 87 pre-scriptions that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included,involving 174 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.The me-dicinal properties were mainly warm,cold,and neutral.The flavors were mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent.They mainly en-tered the liver,lung,spleen,stomach,and heart meridians.The efficacy of the medicines was mainly in the categories of pro-moting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,and relieving cough,reducing phlegm,and relieving asth-ma.High-frequency drugs included Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.Commonly used drug pairs included Ligu-sticum chuanxiong-Paeonia veitchii,Pinellia ternata-Trichosanthes kirilowii,etc.In the association rules,those with rela-tively high confidence levels included Pinellia ternata-Citrus reticulata,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,Ligustic-um chuanxiong-Paeonia veitchii-Pinellia ternata,etc.Finally,11 groups of core drug pairs and 6 groups of new candidate prescriptions for the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of phlegm-blood stasis intermingled type were obtained.Conclusion Through the analysis of the literature prescriptions for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,it was found that for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of phlegm-blood stasis intermingled type,drugs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,drugs for relieving cough,reducing phlegm and relieving asthma,and drugs for tonifying deficiency are commonly used in combination to jointly enhance the therapeutic effect of TCM in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of phlegm-blood stasis intermingled type.This study provides theoretical support for the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of car-dio-cerebrovascular diseases of phlegm-blood stasis intermingled type.关键词
